Great place to take a car for body damage repair. Quality work and great service!
I got into an accident with my almost brand new Tesla Model 3, damaging the driver's side quarter panel and rear bumper. After reading reviews on the official Tesla-authorized body shops taking as long as 3 months for similar body repairs, I decided to check out Koester near my work. Ben was very thorough in assessing the damage, helped to deal with the insurance, and made sure the repairs were done just right. The process took about a month, and it was partly due to the insurance inspection delays. When I got the car back it was as good as new, and squeaky clean in and out. I'll recommend Koester for body damage repair to anyone.

This shop has to be the best that I've visited in my 9 years of driving. The plastic underneath my car had fallen off and needed to be fixed immediately. Ben took a look at my car and offered me an incredibly reasonable price and to my (pleasant) surprise the car was fixed a lot faster then I had expected. Overall, the customer service was pleasant, the process was quick and I am VERY happy with the results. Thank you Ben and Koester team!

This place is great! Exactly the service I wanted, very fair prices and good customer service. The employee stayed at the shop over 30 minutes after it technically closed because I was running late to pick up my car. Much appreciated, I highly recommend it.

One of the best decisions I've ever made was taking my Mercedes Benz here. This shop is professional, friendly, reasonable and knowledgeable. I took my car to Ben and he helped me out every step of the way.
He broke down the process that would take place and gave me a reasonable price. A couple of days after I took my vehicle in, the difference was night and day. This shop did wonders to my paint and my bumper. It looked like a totally new car! They take great care of vehicles and even detailed mine. The little scratchers all around my car were fixed without an additional cost. They're quality of work is amazing. This shop is the real deal and I'd recommend anybody to let these guys work their magic on your vehicle! You won't regret it. Thank you Ben!
